Program for embroidery

Half ofthe resulting quality of embroidery depends on the experience and careful work of the programmer. The programmer develops a program with the use of special software that allows the machine to carry out the whole operation automatically. Every stitch, movement or exchange of the thread colour is programmed manually.

Programs for machine embroidery are made by our own employees with years of experience in special programming software. This is why the creation of programs from models supplied by customers is quick and without limitations of patterns.  

The price of the development of programs is based on every inclusive half hour of work and it varies between 200 – 600 CZK. We only charge for the program once. It is not possible to embroider various sizes with one program and you cannot use one program generally for all types of material that the embroidery is applied to.

Base materials (models) that we are able to create a program from:

• curves (.cdr, .eps, .ai = CorelDraw, exports from e.g. Adobe Illustrator)
• bitmaps (.bmp, .jpg, .gif = highest possible resolution)
• images
• ... as agreed
